bacon flu


i don't know about you, but the thought of bacon flu kind of makes me nervous. with the amount of animals slaughtered in the US, let alone the conditions of the factory farms, the ability for the virus to spread rapidly is simple.

Wired magazine just came out with an article that says the new H1N1 virus is linked to a previous strain of bacon flu that was prevalent over 10 years ago. scientists warned that the virus that was plaguing factory farms was mutating at an alarming rate, and would one day evolve to infect humans, setting off a pandemic.

thank you government, FDA, CDC, and all the other bastards that did nothing to prevent this.
